What drag-and-drop does

The drag-and-drop feature lets you move and organize items across the Multilogin interface without using buttons or menus. It’s the fastest way to sort, clean up, and manage your profiles.

➡️ To move a profile with drag-and-drop, click and hold the browser profile or Android cloud phone → drag it to a folder in the left sidebar → confirm the move.

Move profiles to folder or trash bin

1. Click and hold the profile you want to move
2. Drag it over a folder or trash bin icon in the sidebar
3. Confirm your action in the modal window

2. Drag it to a new location in the sidebar

FAQs

Can I undo a drag-and-drop move?

You can’t “undo”, but you can drag the item back to where it was – or recover it from the trash bin if it was deleted.

Why can’t I drag a profile to another folder?

Your workspace role or folder access may not allow the move. Managers can move profiles across the workspace. Operators can move profiles only between folders they have access to. Starters cannot move profiles between folders.

Why can’t I drag a profile to the trash?

Starters cannot delete profiles. Browser-profile and cloud-phone deletion also use different permissions.
