How to use Mimic (and legacy Stealthfox) in Multilogin X
Who can use this feature?
- 👨💻 Account owner and all team members
- 💰 Available on all plans
About Mimic and Stealthfox
Multilogin gives you two browser core options:
- Mimic: Chrome-based, built for automation and high compatibility
- Stealthfox: Firefox-based, now a legacy option but still functional
Both act like regular browsers, but behind the scenes, they run advanced fingerprint protection that:
- Makes you look like a real person (not a bot)
- Masks your identity and behavior with ultra-realistic details
- Helps you manage multiple profiles without triggering bans or blocks
Going forward, however, we’re shifting focus to Mimic. That means:
- Faster performance
- Fewer bugs and more new features
- No updates for Stealthfox (latest version: 146)
You can still use existing Stealthfox profiles, but for all new projects, we recommend starting fresh with Mimic.
