How to fix error “Aw, Snap!”

Is your browser crashing with that frustrating “Aw, Snap! STATUS_BREAKPOINT” or “Aw, Snap! STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION” error?

You’re seeing this error because of corrupted dependencies in the Multilogin app. Let’s fix it together – it’s easier than you think! 🚀

Deps

This action is completely safe! It refreshes the app components needed for Multilogin to work smoothly. No data will be lost during the process, so you're good to go! 😊

Avoid deleting the mlx folder, as this may result in a complete or partial data loss.

  1. Close the desktop app 🖥️ or disconnect the agent if you're using the web interface 🌐
  2. Go to the mlx folder:
    1. Windows: C:\Users\%username%\mlx
    2. macOS: /Users/%username%/mlx
    3. Linux: /home/%username%/mlx
  3. Delete the deps folder
  4. Reopen the desktop app 🖥️ or reconnect the agent for the web interface 🌐
  5. Start any profile – this will automatically kick off the components download process
Your browser does not support HTML5 video.
