Want to keep your workspace secure and organized? It all starts with assigning the right roles. In Multilogin, different roles come with different powers – so you control who can access what, tweak settings, manage profiles, or handle subscriptions.

MLA user role and level access
Here’s a quick breakdown of what each role can do:
- Account owner: the boss of the account – full control over everything, including subscription and team management
- Launch, edit, create: the go-to person for managing profiles, including starting, editing, and creating new profile
- Launch: a straightforward role for running assigned profiles – no complex settings, just launch and go
