1. Welcome to Multilogin!
Welcome to Multilogin. By using this website (the “Site”), Multilogin desktop application (“the Application”), Stealthfox web browser (“Stealthfox”), Mimic web browser (“Mimic”) (together with the Site, the “Services”) offered by Gravity Development Ltd (together with its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, consultants, employees, officers, and directors — collectively, “Multilogin,” “we,” or “us”), you’re agreeing to these legally binding rules (the “Terms”). You’re also agreeing to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Payment Verification Policy and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
We may change these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll let you know about any material changes, either by notifying you on the Site or by sending you an email. New versions of the terms will never apply retroactively — we’ll tell you the exact date they go into effect. If you keep using Multilogin after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
2. About Creating an Account
You can browse Multilogin website without registering for an account. But to use the Application you’ll need to register, choose an account name, and set a password. When you do that, the information you give us has to be accurate and complete. Don’t use either invalid or someone else’s e-mail as this will diminish your account security.
You’re responsible for all the activity on your account, and for keeping your password confidential. If you find out that someone’s used your account without your permission, you should report it to support@multilogin.com.
To sign up for an account, you need to be at least 18 years old, or old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
3. Things You Definitely Shouldn’t Do
Thousands of people use Multilogin. We expect all of them to behave responsibly and help keep this a nice place. Don’t do any of these things on the Site and in the Services:
- Don’t break the law. Don’t take any action that infringes or violates other people’s rights, violates the law, or breaches any contract or legal duty you have toward anyone.
- Don’t spam. Don’t distribute unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material, or any junk mail, spam, or chain letters. Don’t run mail lists, listservs, or any kind of auto-responder or spam on or through the Site.
- Don’t harm anyone’s computer. Don’t distribute software viruses, or anything else (code, films, programs) designed to interfere with the proper function of any software, hardware, or equipment on the Site (whether it belongs to Multilogin or another party).
- Don’t try to interfere with the proper workings of the Services.
- Don’t bypass any measures we’ve put in place to secure the Services.
- Don’t try to damage or get unauthorized access to any system, data, password, or other information, whether it belongs to Multilogin or another party.
- Don’t take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or on our third-party providers. (We reserve the right to determine what’s reasonable, contact us at support@multilogin.com if unsure)
- Don’t use any kind of software or device (whether it’s manual or automated) to “crawl” or “spider” any part of the Site.
- Don’t take apart or reverse engineer any aspect of the Services in an effort to access things like source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms.
4. Stuff We Don’t Do and Aren’t Responsible For
Multilogin isn’t liable for any damages or losses related to your use of the Services. We don’t become involved in disputes between users, or between users and any third party relating to the use of the Services. When you use the Services, you release Multilogin from claims, damages, and demands of every kind — known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed — arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and the Services. All content you access through the Services is at your own risk. You’re solely responsible for any resulting damage or loss to any party.
5. Subscription
Multilogin offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free subscription plan may be limited in available features, usage volume and quality of customer support in comparison to paid plans.
Multilogin offers free and paid subscription plans. They include features described on the Pricing page. Free subscription plan does not require having any payment methods attached and you may continue using it as long as you like.
If you decide to order a paid subscription, your free account will be upgraded and limitations lifted in accordance with the features table on the Pricing page.
Your paid subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel auto-renewal through your online account management page, or by contacting our customer support team.
6. Payments
Multilogin services can be paid through PayPal Pre-approved payment, Credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) and Bitcoin payment. Specific terms for users of each payment method can be found in this section.
6.1. PayPal Pre-Approved payments
By providing an advance Authorisation for Pre-approved Payments, you give Multilogin the ability to collect or reverse fixed or variable amount payments from your PayPal account on a one-time basis, or on a (sporadically or periodically) recurring basis (as further specified in the applicable billing agreement – the document that you agree to when giving the Authorisation) until you cancel your Authorisation or underlying arrangement with the applicable third party; and
If your Pre-approved Payment requires a currency conversion by PayPal, the amount of the Currency Conversion Fee will be determined at the time the applicable third party processes your payment and completes the transaction. You acknowledge that the exchange rate determined at the time of each payment transaction will differ and you agree to the future execution of Pre-approved Payments being based on fluctuating exchange rates.
Multilogin will give a prior notice before making any charges to your account.
Changes in the billed amount may happen as a result of service level upgrade, downgrade, or purchasing additional aid services. All of the aforementioned operations are done solely through a user billing panel and clearly distinguished as paid services. Multilogin will ask your consent to make any changes in the billed amount. You will receive email notifications about both one-time purchases and changes to recurring billed amounts.
6.2. PayPal currency conversion
You may Send Money in U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, Yen, Australian Dollars, Brazilian Real, Czech Koruna, Danish Krone, Hong Kong Dollar, Hungarian Forint, Israeli New Shekels, Mexican Peso, New Zealand Dollar, Norwegian Krone, Philippine Peso, Polish Zloty, Singapore Dollar, Swedish Krona, Swiss Franc, Thai Baht and Taiwan New Dollar. There may be some restrictions with regard to where you can send certain currencies.
When you send money for someone to receive in a currency that is different than the primary currency of your PayPal Account, PayPal currency conversion rules will apply.
7. Paid subscription cancellation
While we will be sad to see you go, you may cancel auto-renewal on your paid subscription at any time, in which case your paid Subscription will continue until the end of that billing cycle before termination. You may cancel auto-renewal on your subscription immediately after the subscription starts if you do not want it to renew.
After termination of any paid subscription plan, your account will be downgraded to the Free subscription plan. Your data will be preserved but you will only be able to use Multilogin with the limitations of the Free subscription plan.
7.1. Cancelling PayPal Pre-approved Payments.
You may cancel a Pre-approved Payment at any time by requesting a service cancellation through a user billing panel or by sending a cancellation note directly to Multilogin customer support email.
You may also cancel a Pre-approved Payment in your PayPal account at any time up to 1 Business Day prior to the date the payment is scheduled to be made. You may cancel a Pre-approved Payment by logging in to your Account, accessing the “Settings” tab, then, in the “Payment settings” section, clicking on “Preapproved Payments” and following the instructions to cancel the payment. In addition, if you cancel a Pre-approved Payment you may still be liable to Multilogin for the payment and be required to pay us through alternative means.
8. Refunds
We will refund your order if you used our product fairly and it just did not solve your problem. This satisfaction guarantee is valid during the first 30 days from the moment of the purchase.
In the case of a refund, your paid subscription will be terminated and account downgraded to the Free subscription plan. Your data will be preserved but you will only be able to use Multilogin with limitations of the Free subscription plan.
8.1. Refunding a Pre-approved PayPal payment
You agree that you cannot request a refund from us or PayPal for a Pre-approved Payment unless:
- the Authorisation did not specify the exact amount of the payment transaction when the Authorisation was given and the applicable amount exceeded the amount you could have reasonably been expected to pay, taking into account your previous spending patterns and the circumstances of the case;and
- your consent to the making of the Multilogin initiated payment was not explicitly given
- the information relating to the Multilogin initiated payment was not provided or made available to you for at least 4 weeks before the date the payment transaction was made to the merchant;
9. Deleting Your Account
You can terminate your account at any time. All provisions of this agreement survive termination of an account. All data created within your account including sessions, their parameters, opened tabs and software configuration parameters will be terminated.
10. Other Websites
Multilogin may contain links to other websites. (For instance, blog pages, documentation and user comments. When you access third-party websites, you do so at your own risk. We don’t control or endorse those sites.
Multilogin partners with other companies (such as PayPal) for payment processing. When you paying for subscription, you’re also agreeing to the payment processor’s terms of service.
11. Our Rights
Multilogin reserves these rights:
We can make changes to the Multilogin Site and Services without notice or liability.
We have the right to decide who’s eligible to use Multilogin. We can cancel accounts or decline to offer our Services. (Especially if you’re abusing them.) We can change our eligibility criteria at any time. If these things are prohibited by law where you live, then we revoke your right to use Multilogin in that jurisdiction.
Multilogin is not liable for any damages as a result of any of these actions, and we retain the right to refrain from commenting on any such action.
12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
We at Multilogin encourage you to contact us if you’re having an issue, before resorting to the courts. In the unfortunate situation where legal action does arise, these Terms (and all other rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law, and without application of the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act or the United Nations Convention of Controls for International Sale of Goods. You agree that Multilogin and its Services are deemed a passive website and application that does not give rise to jurisdiction over Multilogin or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, employees, agents, directors, officers, or shareholders, either specific or general, in any jurisdiction other than the Republic of Estonia. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use or non-use of Multilogin, shall be filed only in the state courts located in Tallinn, Republic of Estonia, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. You hereby irrevocably waive any right you may have to trial by jury in any dispute, action, or proceeding.
13. The Rest
These Terms and the other material referenced in them are the entire agreement between you and Multilogin with respect to the Services. They supersede all other communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and Multilogin with respect to the Services and govern our future relationship. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under the law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms otherwise will remain in full force and effect and enforceable. The failure of either you or Multilogin to exercise any right provided for in these Terms in any way won’t be deemed a waiver of any other rights.
These Terms are personal to you. You can’t assign them, transfer them, or sublicense them unless you get Multilogin’s prior written consent. Multilogin has the right to assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent. Multilogin will provide you notice via email, written notice, or by conspicuously posting the notice on our Site.

These updated terms went into effect on June 29th, 2018, at 18p.m. Eastern European Time, and apply to all actions performed on Multilogin website and within its Services since then.
