Known problems:

  • “Initialization problem detected” error – This problem appears when ports 35000 and 35001 are blocked by a firewall. Quick solution: whitelist them in the firewall. Working on a mechanism that would automatically bypass/remove the block
  • Profile doesn’t launch. Error status after a long wait time of “Active” status
  • Browser profile launch may take more time than before when overly slow proxies are used
  • “Out of memory” crash still happens when a big number of browser windows is open
  • Proxy not working – might be related to proxy provider whitelists or DNS not resolving. Contact customer support for troubleshooting instructions.

Version 2.1.1 is backward compatible with <2.1, thus it restores not fully saved cookies. This problem will NOT happen in browser profiles created in 2.1.1 and greater versions. This is NOT a bug. You can fix this problem on old profiles by manually deleting Google cookies from a profile
