How to manage groups in Multilogin 6

You can organize browser profiles in separate groups for better management. This guide walks you through creating, adding profiles to, and deleting groups in Multilogin.

How to create a group

Creating a group allows you to categorize browser profiles efficiently. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the “Groups” tab in the “All profile” section → click “Add new group”
  1. Enter group name → click “Create”
Test group

How to add profiles to a group

Easily move browser profiles into groups for better organization.

Multiple profiles

  1. Select the checkbox for the profiles you want to add to a group
  2. Choose “Move to group”
  3. Select the destination group from the dropdown list and click “Move”image (5)
 
 

Single profile 

  1. Click the three-dot menu”next to the profile
  2. Select “Move to group”
  3. Choose a group from the dropdown list and click “Move”image (5)
 
 

How to delete a group

When you delete a group, all profiles within it are moved to the “Unassigned” section, keeping them safe.

 
  1. Go to the “Group” tab 
  2. Click the three-dot menu next to the group 
  3. Select “Delete”
