You can organize browser profiles in separate groups for better management. This guide walks you through creating, adding profiles to, and deleting groups in Multilogin 6.
How to create a group
Creating a group allows you to categorize browser profiles efficiently. Follow these steps:
- Go to the “Groups” tab in the “All profile” section → click “Add new group”
- Enter group name → click “Create”
How to add profiles to a group
Easily move browser profiles into groups for better organization.
Multiple profiles
- Select the checkbox for the profiles you want to add to a group
- Choose “Move to group”
- Select the destination group from the dropdown list and click “Move”
Single profile
- Click the three-dot menu”next to the profile
- Select “Move to group”
- Choose a group from the dropdown list and click “Move”
How to delete a group
When you delete a group, all profiles within it are moved to the “Unassigned” section, keeping them safe.
- Go to the “Group” tab
- Click the three-dot menu next to the group
- Select “Delete”
