How to use cookie import in Multilogin X
Who can use this feature?
- 👨💻 Account owner, manager, and operator
- 💰 Available on all plans
What cookie import does
Cookies are tiny data files that websites use to remember you – like keeping you logged in or tracking your browsing habits. In Multilogin, importing cookies helps you look like a returning user instead of someone brand new. This is super useful for multi-accounting, testing, or warming up profiles.
With the built-in cookie import tool, you can easily upload cookie data into any profile – no extensions or external tools needed.
How to view cookies in a browser
Check cookies
Here's how you can view cookies in a browser:
- For Mimic, paste
chrome://settings/content/all
into the browser address bar - For Stealthfox, paste
about:preferences#privacy
into the browser address bar, and on the page that opens, select “Cookies” → “Manage data”
Why cookie import is useful
- Skip login steps: instantly access sites without entering credentials
- Build trust: make your profile appear more “aged” to websites
What are the limitations
To make sure your import works smoothly:
- File size must be under 10 MB
- Format must be JSON – use a JSON validator to double-check
- Agent must be connected – look for the status in the bottom-right corner
- Browser core must be up-to-date – if the import option is missing, launch the profile first to update it
How to import cookies

- Click “Import” – done!

- Combine cookie import with proxies for more realistic browsing behavior
- After importing, launch the profile and visit the site to confirm cookies were applied
FAQs
What happens if I import cookies for a site that already has cookies?
The new cookies will overwrite the existing ones – so only do this if you’re okay with that!
Can I import cookies into a local profile?
Yes – but only if the profile’s browser core is up-to-date and the agent is connected.
What if my file won’t upload?
Double-check the file size (under 100 MB) and format (valid JSON). Also, make sure the profile is updated.
