Which billing system do I use?
- New billing: Multilogin X users who registered on or after October 23, 2024
- Old billing: Multilogin 6 and Multilogin X users who registered before October 23, 2024
Keeping your Multilogin subscription active is easy! Here’s what you need to know:
- Credit card users: subscriptions renew automatically
- Cryptocurrency users: payments must be made manually via the billing system
Follow the steps below to ensure uninterrupted access ⬇️
New billing
Log in to Multilogin X and click “Workspace”:
- Click “Renew plan” to reactivate your old plan
- Click "Change plan" to select a new plan

Old billing
- Log in to your billing dashboard and click "Subscription"
- Click "Renew subscription" to reactivate your old plan
- Click "Choose plan" to select a new plan
- Check your payment method under "Billing details" and pay a new invoice in "Invoices" section manually if required
