How to renew a subscription in Multilogin
Which billing system do I use?
- New billing: Multilogin X users who registered on or after October 23, 2024
- Old billing: Multilogin 6 and Multilogin X users who registered before October 23, 2024
How subscription renewal works
Keeping your Multilogin subscription active is easy! Here’s what you need to know:
- Credit card users: subscriptions renew automatically
- Cryptocurrency and Payssion users: payments must be made manually via the email link

How to renew a subscription
New billing
- Hover over the “Account” section in the bottom-left corner and click “Billing”

- You’ll end up on the “Current plan” tab
- Click “Renew plan” to reactivate your old plan
- Click “Change plan” to select a new plan
- Click “Renew plan” to reactivate your old plan
- Complete the payment:
- If you have a valid card on file, it will be changed automatically
- If you pay with crypto or Payssion, you will get a payment link via email
- If you have a valid card on file, it will be changed automatically
- Once a payment is received, your subscription will be activated
Old billing
- Log in to your billing dashboard and click "Subscription"
- Click "Renew subscription" to reactivate your old plan
- Click "Choose plan" to select a new plan
- Check your payment method under "Billing details" and pay a new invoice in "Invoices" section manually if required
