Topping up your mobile minutes is easy and lets you continue using your cloud phones without interruption. Here's everything you need to know about how the billing works and how to add more minutes.

How cloud phone billing works

Your cloud phone billing is based on usage time, which is calculated in minutes. Here’s a quick breakdown of how the system works:

• Pay-per-minute: you’re charged €0.0075 per minute – billing starts once you click “Start”, and stops when you stop the phone
• Bonus minutes: any available bonus minutes are used first, followed by any additional time add-ons

If you don’t use the cloud phones, you won’t be charged anything!

How to buy mobile minutes

1. From your Multilogin dashboard, click “Billing” in the top menu
2. Click “Buy mobile minutes” in the left-side menu
3. Pick a minute package (e.g., 5,000 mins, 10,000 mins, 25,000 mins)
4. Click “Go to checkout” 
5. Complete the payment based on your chosen payment method
