Topping up your mobile minutes is easy and lets you continue using your cloud phones without interruption. Here's everything you need to know about how the billing works and how to add more minutes.
How cloud phone billing works
Your cloud phone billing is based on usage time, which is calculated in minutes. Here’s a quick breakdown of how the system works:
- Pay-per-minute: you’re charged €0.0075 per minute – billing starts once you click “Start”, and stops when you stop the phone
- Bonus minutes: any available bonus minutes are used first, followed by any additional time add-ons
If you don’t use the cloud phones, you won’t be charged anything!
Ways to control mobile minute usage
You have two built-in ways to avoid using more mobile minutes than planned:
- Set auto-stop for quick tasks: choose the time you need in “Account settings” from the top menu – Multilogin will stop the cloud phone when time is up
- Use free runtime after 3 hours: keep the same cloud phone running in one session – after 180 minutes, billing stops for that session
What happens to minutes when subscription expires
If your subscription expires, here is what happens to your mobile minutes:
- Bonus minutes added for free with your subscription are lost
- Add-on minutes you bought stay in your account
That means extra minutes you paid for are still there when your subscription ends. Only the free monthly bonus minutes expire.
How to buy mobile minutes
- From your Multilogin dashboard, click “Billing” in the top menu
- Click “Buy mobile minutes” in the left-side menu
- Pick a minute package (e.g., 5,000 mins, 10,000 mins, 25,000 mins)
- Click “Go to checkout”
- Complete the payment based on your chosen payment method
