Android cloud phones use mobile minutes while they’re running. Usage starts when you click “Start” and stops when you stop the cloud phone.

Bonus minutes included with your subscription are used first, followed by any additional minutes you bought. 

How mobile minutes work

Every paid Multilogin subscription includes bonus mobile minutes based on the selected plan.

• Usage: minutes are deducted from your balance only while an Android cloud phone is running
• Order: bonus minutes are used first, followed by any extra minutes you bought
• Rollover: unused minutes stay in your balance while your subscription is active
• Top-ups: you can buy more minutes at any time

How to buy mobile minutes

1. From your Multilogin dashboard, click “Billing” in the top menu
2. Click “Buy mobile minutes” in the left-side menu
3. Pick a minute package you need
4. Click “Go to checkout” 
5. Complete the payment using your selected payment method

How to control mobile minute usage

You have two built-in ways to avoid using more mobile minutes than planned: 

• Set auto-stop for quick tasks: choose the time you need in “Account settings” from the top menu – Multilogin will stop the cloud phone when time is up
• Use free runtime after 3 hours: keep the same cloud phone running in one session – after 180 minutes, billing stops for that session

What happens to unused mobile minutes when my subscription expires?

The bonus minutes included with your plan are removed. Any extra minutes you bought stay in your account.

Can I buy more minutes before my balance runs out?

Yes. You can top up at any time, and the new minutes will be added to your current balance.

Do browser profiles use mobile minutes?

No. Mobile minutes are used only while an Android cloud phone is running.

Can a team member buy mobile minutes?

No. Only the account owner can manage billing and buy more minutes.
