Want to make Multilogin feel more like you? Whether it’s switching to your native language, updating your password, or tweaking the date format, this guide walks you through customizing your account settings for a smoother, hassle-free experience.

How to switch the workspace

1. Click “Account settings” in the top menu
2. Use the “Default workspace” selector to switch to a different workspace you have access to

You can also hover over your account icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard to switch the workspace. 

 

How to change the language

Multilogin supports five languages: 🇺🇸 English, 🇷🇺 Russian, 🇨🇳 Chinese, 🇧🇷 Portuguese, 🇻🇳 Vietnamese. 

To change your language:

1. Click “Account settings” in the top menu
2. Find the “Language” dropdown and pick yours

How to change the password

Need a new password? Here’s how:

1. Click “Account settings” in the top menu
2. Click “Change password”
3. Follow the prompts to set a new, secure password

How to customize date format

Prefer seeing dates differently? You can change the format here too:

1. Click “Account settings” in the top menu
2. Find the “Date format” dropdown
3. Choose the format that works best for you (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY)

How to change your email

Currently, you can't change your Multilogin app email due to technical limitations. Don’t worry – we’re working on adding this feature soon!
