Account settings is where you manage the main preferences for your Multilogin account and workspace. You can switch workspaces, copy the workspace ID, and adjust profile behavior, localization, appearance, and security settings.

➡️ Click “Account settings” in the top navigation bar → find the setting you need → make your change.

Use it when you want to change how Multilogin behaves or quickly copy workspace details for API, automation, or support.

How to switch the workspace

1. Click “Account settings” in the top navigation bar
2. Use the “Default workspace” selector to switch to a different workspace you have access to

You can also hover over your account icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard to switch the workspace. 

The workspace ID appears directly below the selector
Click the copy icon next to it when you need the ID for API requests, automation, or support.

 

How to change your email

Currently, you can't change your Multilogin app email due to technical limitations. Don’t worry though – we’re working on adding this feature soon!

How to set profile behavior

Profile behavior lets you control what happens to mobile and quick profiles while you work.

You can:

• Auto-stop mobile profiles after a set time
• Hide the confirmation pop-up before closing quick profiles

How to change the language

Multilogin supports five languages: 🇺🇸 English, 🇷🇺 Russian, 🇨🇳 Chinese, 🇧🇷 Portuguese, 🇻🇳 Vietnamese. 

To change your language:

1. Click “Account settings” in the top navigation bar
2. Find the “Language” dropdown and pick yours

How to customize date format

Prefer seeing dates differently? You can change the format here too:

1. Click “Account settings” in the top navigation bar
2. Find the “Date format” dropdown
3. Choose the format that works best for you (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY)

How to change the password

Need a new password? Here’s how:

1. Click “Account settings” in the top navigation bar
2. Click “Change password”
3. Follow the prompts to set a new, secure password
