Who can use this feature?
What the library is for
Library is your shared cloud storage inside Multilogin. Upload images, videos, or data files once and use them anytime in your cloud phones.
Use this when you want to:
- Reuse the same content across multiple cloud phone accounts
- Keep all creatives in one place
- Save time – no need to upload the same file again
Library limitations
Workspace limits:
- 5 GB total storage per workspace
- Files are stored for 30 days, then deleted automatically
File formats:

Image files:
.jpg,.jpeg,.png,.gif,.bmp,.webp,.heif,.heic -
Video files:
.mp4,.webm -
App package files:
.apk,.xapk -
Data files:
.xml
File requirements:
- Size: up to 100 MB per file
- Quantity: up to 50 files per upload
- File name: must be under 60 characters (including extension); can’t include single quotes
How to upload files to library
- Open the “Mobile” section from the main dashboard
- Select “Library” in the left menu
- Click “Upload”
- Select files from your computer and click “Confirm”

How to use files from the library
- Start your cloud phone
- Click “Upload” in the right-side menu and select “Library”
- Choose a file that you've uploaded before

FAQs
Are library files saved inside my cloud phone?
No. They stay in cloud storage and are loaded when you use them.
Can my team access my files?
Yes. Library is shared across the workspace.
