Workspace overview in Multilogin X
Each account in Multilogin X comes with a workspace, which acts as a central hub for managing your subscription and, for some plans, your team. Let’s break it down.
Subscription management
The subscription management section in your workspace may look different depending on which billing system your account is linked to.
Which billing system do I use?
- New billing: Multilogin X users who registered on or after October 23, 2024
- Old billing: Multilogin 6 and Multilogin X users who registered before October 23, 2024
New billing
Here are the details available in this section:
- Account email and role
- Subscription plan name
- Browser profile and team member limits
- Multilogin proxy traffic balance
- 🆕 Start and next billing date
- 🆕 Subscription price
- 🆕 Payment method (editable)
When you click “Change plan”, you'll be redirected to an in-app page allowing you to make all the necessary changes to your subscription.

Here are the details available in this section:

Team management
Your workspace lets you manage everything related to your team members and their access. Here’s what you can do:
- Add & remove team members: bring in new members or remove inactive ones
- Manage access to groups: assign different access levels based on roles
- Review invitations: track pending invites and remove expired ones
This ensures your team has the right access while keeping your workspace secure and organized.
