How to adjust screen resolutions in Multilogin
When you create and launch a profile in Multilogin, the screen resolution might not match your device. That’s because the system automatically picks a resolution based on real-user data, ensuring a more natural fingerprint.
If the profile's resolution is smaller than your screen, you won’t be able to enlarge the browser window once it opens. This is intentional to maintain consistency and avoid detection by websites.

Here’s a simple fix: check your device's screen resolution in your system settings, then follow the instructions below.
- Stop the profile in question
- Go to your profile settings and select “Advanced” → “Screen resolution” → “Custom”
- Select the screen resolution that matches yours
- Click “Update profile” and launch it again
