Check if your device supports Multilogin
Before installing Multilogin, take a quick minute to make sure your computer is ready.
Multilogin runs on these operating systems: 64-bit Windows 10 or later, macOS 14 Sonoma or later, and Ubuntu 22 or later.

For hardware, you’ll need at least 4 GB of RAM, 1 GB of free disk space, and a graphical user interface.
Which operating systems work with Multilogin?
You can use Multilogin on:
- Windows: version 10 or later
- macOS: version 14 Sonoma or later
- Linux: Ubuntu 22 or later
Using Apple silicon? Macs with M1, M2, M3, and M4 chips are supported.
Which devices and systems aren’t supported?
Multilogin doesn’t run on phones, tablets, or Chrome OS.
It also doesn’t support:
- Windows: versions 7 and 8
- Windows Server: 2012 and 2012 R2
- macOS: Ventura and earlier versions
- Linux: Ubuntu 20 and earlier versions
- Processor: Windows computers with ARM processors
- System architecture: 32-bit operating systems
Windows Server 2019 and most Debian-based Unix systems may work, but they haven’t been officially tested. Your experience may vary.
What if Multilogin doesn’t open?
Sometimes antivirus software, firewalls, VPNs, or proxy tools can interfere with Multilogin.
Try these quick checks:
- Add Multilogin to the allowlist in your antivirus or firewall
- Close your VPN or proxy app temporarily
- Restart Multilogin
If macOS blocks the app, go to “System Settings” → “Privacy & Security”, find Multilogin, and click “Open Anyway”.
