How to switch between Multilogin 6 accounts

Multilogin allows you to add multiple accounts and switch between them right from the application interface. All account-related actions including logging in, switching and removing accounts are accessible from the bottom left of the navigation panel.
This feature helps you seamlessly log in, switch accounts, or remove them without re-entering passwords.
How to add a new account
If you need to use multiple accounts in Multilogin, follow these steps to add a new one:
- Click your current account email in the left navigation panel
- Click “Log into another account”
- Enter the e-mail address and password of the new account
- Click “Log in”
You will be automatically logged in and switched to a new account.
How to switch between accounts
You can easily switch between added accounts without logging out by following these steps:
- Click your current account email in the left navigation panel
- Select the account you would like to switch to
Close all open browser profiles before switching accounts.
How to remove an account
If you no longer need an account in Multilogin, you can remove it. Follow these steps below to remove an account:
- Click your current account email in the left navigation panel
- Click the red cross icon next to the e-mail address of the account you wish to remove
- Confirm the action by clicking “Yes, remove”
To remove your current account, first switch to another account, then follow the removal steps.
If you have any browser profiles opened, you need to close them first before removing an account.
How to log out of the account
You can only log out from all connected accounts at once.
Before logging out, make sure you remember your password. For security reasons, Multilogin does not store or recover passwords.
To log out of all accounts:
- Go to “My account” in the left navigation panel
- Click “Log out”
- Confirm the action by clicking “Yes”
