How to use ISP proxies in Multilogin
ISP proxies help your profiles keep the same IP over time. They’re useful when you don’t want the IP to keep changing, especially for accounts that need steady daily work, long sessions, or a consistent location.
➡️ To use an ISP proxy, first buy one in "Billing" → "Buy ISP proxies". Then open your profile settings, go to “Proxy” and pick “ISP proxy”.
Each ISP proxy can be assigned to one profile at a time, which makes it easier to keep accounts separated and avoid two profiles sharing the same static connection.

What is an ISP proxy?
An ISP proxy is a static proxy IP.
That means the IP stays the same while the ISP proxy is active. This helps your profile keep a more stable connection setup, instead of showing up from a different IP all the time.
Use ISP proxies for workflows like:
- Account warm-up and maintenance
- Social media work
- E-commerce tasks
- Long-running sessions
- Automation that needs a steady IP
Things to know before using ISP proxies
Profiles with an ISP proxy assigned can’t be cloned or transferred between workspaces. To clone or transfer the profile, remove the ISP proxy first.
ISP proxies also aren’t supported in:
- Bulk profile creation
- Quick profiles
- Proxy templates
How to assign an ISP proxy to a profile
- Open your profile settings
- Go to the “Proxy” section
- Choose "ISP proxy" as the connection type
- Select the country
- Choose an available ISP proxy
That’s it. The ISP proxy is now connected to the profile.
