How to manage invoices in Multilogin
Which billing system do I use?
- New billing: Multilogin X users who registered on or after October 23, 2024
- Old billing: Multilogin 6 and Multilogin X users who registered before October 23, 2024
Available currencies
We accept payments in EUR, cryptocurrencies, and now via Payssion, which supports local currencies and payment methods.
If you pay in a different currency, the amount will be automatically converted based on your bank’s exchange rate or Payssion’s rates, depending on the method you choose.

How to pay an invoice
New billing
Keeping your Multilogin subscription active is easy! Here’s what you need to know:
- Credit card users: subscriptions renew automatically

- Cryptocurrency and Payssion users: payments must be made manually via the email link

How to check the due date
New billing
- Hover over the “Account” section in the bottom-left corner and click “Billing”
- You’ll end up on the “Current plan” tab
- See the “Next billing date” field

Old billing
To check your next payment date, log in to your billing dashboard and click “Subscription”. The “Next billing” line will indicate your payment date.

How to understand the invoice amount
Your bill is based on how many days are left in your billing cycle and your subscription price.
If you renew your subscription on a different day than your usual billing date, the charge will be adjusted accordingly. This ensures you only pay for the exact days in your cycle.
How to download an invoice
New billing
- Hover over the “Account” section in the bottom-left corner and click “Billing”
- You’ll end up on the “Current plan” tab
- Click “Invoices” on the left side menu
- Click the black arrow on the right of the invoice you need

Old billing
- Log in to your billing dashboard
- Go to the “Invoices” tab
- Click the black arrow on the right of each invoice to download it
