How to change a payment method in Multilogin
Which billing system do I use?
- New billing: Multilogin X users who registered on or after October 23, 2024
- Old billing: Multilogin 6 and Multilogin X users who registered before October 23, 2024
Available payment methods
We accept card, crypto, and Payssion payments.
- Credit card users: subscriptions renew automatically
- Cryptocurrency and Payssion users: payments must be made manually via the email link

How to change a payment method
New billing
- Hover over the “Account” section in the bottom-left corner and click “Billing”
- You’ll end up on the “Current plan” tab

- Click “Edit” next to “Payment method”
- Pick the option you need and click “Confirm”

Old billing
- Log in to your billing dashboard and click "Billing details"
- Click "Change" under "Current payment method" to change your payment method
- Click "Change" under "Payment details" to update your payment details
- Add new details and click "Confirm"
