Proxy traffic is the GB balance used by residential and mobile proxies in Multilogin. It keeps those proxies ready to run, so your work doesn’t stop when your included bonus traffic runs low.

Proxy traffic doesn’t apply to ISP proxies. If you need one static IP with unlimited traffic, use ISP proxies instead – they’re sold per IP and work for 30 days.

How proxy traffic works

Every paid Multilogin subscription includes bonus proxy traffic based on the selected plan.

• Supported proxies: bonus and topped-up traffic work with sticky residential and mobile proxies
• Rollover: unused traffic stays in your balance while your subscription is active
• Top-ups: you can buy more GB at any time

How to top up proxy traffic

1. From your Multilogin dashboard, click “Billing” in the top menu
2. Click “Buy proxy traffic” in the left-side menu
3. Choose how much traffic you need
4. Click “Go to checkout” 
5. Complete the payment based on your chosen payment method

FAQ

What happens to unused proxy traffic when my subscription expires?

The bonus traffic included with your plan is removed. Any extra traffic you bought stays in your account.

Can I buy more traffic before my balance runs out?

Yes. You can top up at any time, and the new GB will be added to your current balance.

Why hasn’t my proxy traffic appeared after payment?

Crypto payments can take longer to confirm. The traffic will appear after the transaction is processed.

Can a team member buy proxy traffic?

No. Only the account owner can manage billing and buy more traffic.

Does proxy traffic work with ISP proxies?

No. Proxy traffic is used by sticky residential and mobile proxies. ISP proxies are purchased separately per IP.
