If internet restrictions are blocking your access to Multilogin, using a Virtual Private Server (VPS) or a VPN can help. Below are some tips, customized for users in different regions.
Solutions for users in China
To ensure smooth access, we recommend using a VPS located outside of mainland China. Here are some options that many users have found effective:
- Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud: these providers offer reliable Hong Kong VPS services
- Xianyu app: you can find affordable Hong Kong VPS options from individual sellers on this platform
Solutions for other restricted regions
If you live in a country with a national firewall, here’s how to overcome connection issues.
A VPN white list
To make Multilogin work seamlessly with your VPN, add these domains to your VPN’s whitelist or routing settings:
multilogin.comlauncher.mlx.yt
This allows traffic from Multilogin to bypass VPN restrictions.
