In Multilogin, a paid subscription gives you room to grow when the Free plan no longer has enough capacity for your social profiles, team, or daily work.

Multilogin lets you manage multiple social profiles from one dashboard. Use an Android cloud phone when the work happens in a mobile app and a browser profile when you need to use a website.

Step 1: choose a plan

2. Choose monthly or yearly billing cycle
3. Pick the plan that fits your setup

Prices, promotions, taxes, and final totals can change, so check the amount shown at checkout before paying.

Step 2: pay for a plan

1. Fill out your account details and click “Pay now”
2. Pay the invoice according to the chosen payment method

Step 3: finish sign-up 

1. After a successful payment, you'll be directed to the “Create account” page 
2. Fill in your password on the sign-up page and click “Create” 

Step 4: start using the app

Multilogin comes as a desktop app and has a web-accessible interface. Pick the version that works best for you – just don’t run both at the same time.

3 ways to use Multilogin

Web interface only

1. Open the web interface in a browser and log in
2. Next, you have 2 options:
   1. Download and connect the legacy agent, or
   2. Disconnect the legacy agent and have the desktop app open

 

 

Desktop app only

1. Download and install the desktop app
2. Make sure the legacy agent is disconnected
3. Open the desktop app and log in 

 

 

Web and desktop together

1. Make sure the legacy agent is disconnected
2. Open and log in to both web interface and desktop apps

 

 

Step 5: create your first profile

Once you’re logged in, choose the environment that matches your task:

• Android cloud phone: go to “Profiles” → “Mobile” → “Create” for work inside native Android apps
• Browser profile: go to “Profiles” → “Browser” → “Create” for websites, dashboards, seller centers, and other web tools

Can I use my Multilogin subscription on several computers?

Yes. Your subscription isn’t tied to one device, so you can log in on several computers.

Each Android cloud phone or browser profile can have only one active session. If someone has the profile open elsewhere, you’ll see an active session lock.

Can I start with the Free plan and upgrade later?

Yes. New users can try the Free plan first and buy a paid subscription when they need more capacity or tools.

Do I need separate accounts for the web interface and desktop app?

No. Use the same Multilogin account in both. Your workspace and cloud-stored profiles stay synced.

Why can’t I start a profile from the web interface?

The web interface needs either the legacy agent connected or the desktop app open. If you use the desktop app as the launcher, keep the legacy agent disconnected.
