- New billing: Multilogin X users who registered on or after October 23, 2024
- Old billing: Multilogin 6 and Multilogin X users who registered before October 23, 2024
How subscription cancellation works
Thinking about canceling? Here’s what to expect:
- Once cancelled, the subscription is deactivated at the end of your current billing cycle
- According to our Terms of Service, your data is stored for three months after your subscription ends
How to cancel a subscription
New billing
Old billing
- Hover over the “Account” section in the bottom-left corner and click “Billing”
- You’ll end up on the “Current plan” tab

- Click “Cancel plan” at the bottom
- Proceed with further steps to confirm your decision

- Once confirmed, you’ll get an email confirmation

- Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of your billing cycle
- Log in to your billing dashboard
- Click "Subscription" → "Manage plan"
- Scroll down and click "Cancel subscription"
- Fill out the questionnaire and click “Confirm cancellation”
