In Multilogin, subscription cancellation lets you stop the next renewal when you no longer need your paid plan.

➡️ To cancel, go to “Billing” → “Cancel plan” → “Yes, continue to cancel”.

Use this when you want to avoid another charge but keep using the time you’ve already paid for.

What happens after you cancel

• Access: remains available until your current billing period ends
• Free plan: you won’t be moved to Free because it is only for new users, so your paid features stop working once the billing period ends
• Stored data: may remain available for up to 3 months, as explained in the Terms of Service
• Bonus resources: mobile minutes and proxy traffic added for free with your subscription are removed
• Purchased add-ons: minutes and proxy traffic you bought stay in your account
