- Check when the profile was last working to help our support team identify the issue
- Collect profile ID(s):
- Click the name of the profile(s)
- Copy the profile ID(s) from the quick side menu
- Send the following details to our support team:
- Profile ID(s)
- Error message received
- Last time each profile was working
