How to use a trash bin in Multilogin X

Accidentally deleted a browser profile? Need to clear out old ones but aren’t quite ready to say goodbye? The trash bin feature in Multilogin helps you manage profiles safely, allowing you to restore or permanently delete them as needed.
Instead of losing profiles instantly, you can move them to the trash bin first – giving you a chance to recover them later if needed. Plus, permanently deleting profiles helps free up space and keep your workspace clutter-free.
Browser profiles in the trash bin are counted towards your plan limit.

How to delete profiles
You can delete unnecessary profiles by moving them to the trash bin:
- Click the 3 dots next to a browser profile
- Select “Move to trash bin”

How to restore profiles
If you've moved a profile to the trash bin, you can get it back to its original group:
- Click “Trash bin” in the main dashboard
- Click “Restore” next to the profile you need

How to delete profiles permanently
To free up space, account owners and managers can delete profiles permanently. Keep in mind that once a profile is permanently deleted, it cannot be restored.
