Both options give you the same tools and keep your profiles synced, so you can choose whichever setup works best for you.

Step 3: create your first profiles
For social media work, a simple rule helps: one profile = one social account. Each profile keeps its own setup, so your accounts don’t all share the same cookies, sessions, proxy settings, app data, or browser data.
You can create two types of profiles:
- Mobile profiles: launch Android cloud phones to run mobile apps on real devices
- Browser profiles: use Mimic or Stealthfox core to run websites safely
Use quick browser profiles when you need a short browser session for testing. Save them as regular browser profiles if you want to keep the data.
Step 4: keep your setup organized
Once your profile list starts growing, a little organization saves a lot of clicking.
- Folders and tags to group profiles by client, platform, campaign, or task
- Advanced bulk actions to start, stop, move, export, or update several profiles faster
- Profile templates to reuse browser profile settings
- Proxy templates to save proxy setups
- Running profiles manager to monitor active sessions
- Extension manager to add browser extensions to multiple browser profiles
Step 5: collaborate with a team
If you’re working in a team, Multilogin makes collaboration easy by allowing you to manage folders, assign roles, and control access levels. Setting up team permissions correctly is key to efficiency.
- Collaborate efficiently → read teamwork overview
- Assign roles and access levels → discover how to manage team members
Step 6: automate repeat work
Automation lets you start profiles, manage cookies, and run tasks across multiple accounts much faster.

- API access for creating profiles, starting sessions, and managing repeat tasks
