Getting comfortable with Multilogin X starts by knowing where everything is. Here’s a quick guide to help you find the main parts of the interface and breeze through your workflow.
AI quick actions/Search
Right at the top, you’ll see the AI quick actions and Search bar.
- By default, the bar works as a search tool. Just type anything – like a profile name – and it’ll instantly filter your list.
- But the top bar in Multilogin X does more than just search – it also lets you run quick tasks using AI. Type in a few words, and let the system handle the rest.

Sidebar
The sidebar on the far left is your navigation hub. It gives you fast access to the key sections:
- Profiles: where all your browser profiles live
- Team: manage team members and their access
- Docs: handy links to tutorials, API info, and support
- Referral: track and share your referral program link
- Telegram: quick access to Multilogin’s Telegram channel
- Account: manage your billing and settings
Hover or click on icons to explore all the possibilities.
Hover over the Multilogin logo on the far left at the top to switch to a different workspace.

Left side menu (within sections)
Inside each main section, like “Profiles” or “Team”, you’ll see a left side menu that lets you drill down further:
- In “Profiles”, you can switch between folders like “Default”, “Trash bin”, and your custom folders to see how many profiles are inside each.
Here you will also see the “Running profiles” section, where you can see a list of running profiles, regular and quick, and stop them in bulk, copy their IDs, or convert quick profiles into regular.
- In “Team”, you can toggle between “Active members”, “Pending invites”, and “Expired invites”. You can also click the top-right icon to invite a team member.
This menu keeps everything organized and easy to find.

Top menu
Right above your main workspace is the top menu bar.
It features main action buttons, like “Create profile” or “Quick profile”.
On the right, you will see secondary action buttons. To activate them, select one or more items using checkboxes on the left:
- In “Profiles”, you can edit and clone profiles, copy the ID, delete, start, stop and more
- In “Team”, you can manage access and remove team members
Additionally, you’ll see the rows per page dropdown to control how many profiles or members you see at once and pagination arrows for navigating large lists.
This menu changes depending on what section you’re in, always giving you the right tools at your fingertips.

Right-click menu
You can right-click any item in the list, whether it’s a profile or team member, to access a handy menu with useful features.
For example, in the “Profiles” section, the right-click menu allows you to:
- Manage cookies
- Edit, clone, or rename the profile
- Copy its ID
- Move it to a folder or trash bin
- And more
These options give you quick control and help you stay organized without needing to navigate through multiple screens.

Status panel
At the very bottom is your status panel – a quick snapshot of your current plan and usage:
- Multilogin proxy traffic
- Your plan details
- Number of browser profiles used vs. allowed
- Number of team members used vs. allowed
- Your role in the workspace (e.g., Owner, Manager, Operator, Starter)
- Agent connection status (important to ensure your profiles can start)
- Current browser cores (Mimic and Stealthfox)
