To pay a Multilogin invoice with cryptocurrency, open the invoice and continue to the crypto payment page.

Multilogin accepts 80+ cryptocurrencies, including USDT on Tron (TRC-20) and USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20). Crypto payments don’t renew automatically, so you’ll need to pay each invoice yourself.

Before you send the payment

Crypto transfers can be difficult or impossible to recover, so check the details carefully.

• Currency: send the cryptocurrency selected on the payment page
• Network: make sure your wallet uses the same network as the invoice
• USDT: choose Tron for TRC-20 or Ethereum for ERC-20
• Address: copy the address from the current invoice or scan its QR code
• Balance: keep enough funds in your wallet for the payment and network fee
• Wallet: use an open-source wallet you control when possible because exchanges and web wallets may add delays or extra fees
• Receipt: save the transaction hash until the invoice shows as paid

How to pay an invoice

First, find the invoice in your Multilogin account.

2. Click “Invoices” in the left-side menu
3. Click “Pay now” next to the new invoice

Then, you'll be redirected to our crypto payment provider.

2. Click “Pay”

Send the payment to the address generated by the system, or scan the QR code with your phone for quick access to payment details.

Why does my invoice still show as unpaid?

Crypto payments need network confirmations, which may take longer when the network is busy.

Check the transaction status in your wallet or use the transaction hash in the correct block explorer. If the transfer is confirmed but the invoice still shows as unpaid, contact Multilogin support and share the invoice number and transaction hash.

What happens if I use the wrong network or address?

Contact your wallet provider as soon as possible. Recovery isn’t guaranteed after a crypto transfer has been confirmed.

Can I pay from an exchange or web wallet?

It’s better to use a wallet where you control the exact amount and timing. Exchanges and web wallets may delay the transfer or deduct extra fees.

Do crypto payments renew my subscription automatically?

No. Go to “Billing” → “Invoices” → “Pay now” whenever a new invoice needs to be paid.

What is a transaction hash?

A transaction hash is the unique reference for your crypto transfer. You can find it in your wallet’s transaction details and use it to check confirmations or help support locate the payment.
