What profile export is for
Need to transfer browser profiles to another computer or workspace? With profile export, you can move everything – fingerprints, cookies, passwords, and more – in just a few clicks.
- All-in-one transfer: bring your entire setup with you – no reconfiguration needed
- Secure & encrypted: your data is protected throughout the process
- Flexible: move profiles across accounts or devices, with local or cloud storage
Feature limitations
- Only the account owner can export profiles
- You can export up to 10 profiles at a time
- You can import cloud profiles that are up to 100 MB each and local profiles up to 2 GB each
What happens to exported data
All exported data is encrypted. Exported files are saved as .zip to:
-
Windows:
C:\Users\%username%\mlx\exports -
macOS:
/Users/%username%/mlx/exports -
Linux:
/home/%username%/mlx/exports
Each file's name has the respective export ID.
Important: do not rename exported profile files. Changing the file name will make the profile unusable and you won’t be able to import it to Multilogin.

What’s included in the export
- Browser fingerprints
- Metadata (fingerprint settings)
- Browser data (cookies, extensions, saved logins, etc.)
- Binary data (cached files, downloads, etc.)
How to export browser profiles

- Go to the “Profiles” tab in the top menu
- Select “Browser” from the left-side selector
- Right-click a profile in the list, or select profile(s) using checkboxes and use the top menu
- Click “Export profile”
- Confirm with “Export”
