Profile management FAQ
Can I import and export bookmarks?
We don't have this feature yet, but you can use these workarounds:
-
Manual method: export and import bookmarks for each profile individually using the browser's built-in bookmark settings
- Mimic/Chrome: use the guide Import Chrome bookmarks & settings for export and import
- Stealthfox/Firefox: use these guides for export and import
- Bulk method: if you need to add bookmarks to multiple profiles, consider using scripts or automation tools to save time and effort
Can data leak between profiles?
Nope! Not a chance. Each Multilogin browser profile operates in its own fully isolated virtual environment. Cookies, local storage, and other data stay locked within their respective profiles, ensuring nothing crosses over.
Run unlimited YouTube accounts securely with Multilogin! Stay undetected, manage profiles easily, and scale fast – all for just €3.99.
How many profiles can I run at the same time?
It depends on your device! Multilogin profiles use about the same resources as regular Chrome browser instances. So, if your system can handle 20 Chrome windows at once, you’ll likely be able to run 20 Multilogin profiles too.
However, some factors can slow things down:
- Using a proxy in each profile: proxies add extra processing time
- Running resource-heavy tasks: playing media or opening tons of tabs eats up CPU and RAM
- System limitations: if your hardware isn’t powerful enough, performance will drop (check our system requirements)
Want to run more profiles smoothly? Spread the load throughout the day and add short delays between launching profiles to avoid overloading your system.
Should I use Mimic or Stealthfox?
Choosing between the two is a matter of your personal preference, as both browsers include equally reliable fingerprinting technology.
- Mimic is built on Chrome
- Stealthfox is built on Firefox
