What notes are for
The notes feature lets you add short comments to individual profiles or entire folders. It’s perfect for reminders, status updates, or sharing quick context with your team.
- Track status: jot down what's happening with a profile – like “Testing proxy” or “Client A’s account”
- Collaborate better: leave notes others can see, so everyone’s in the loop
- Stay organized: remind yourself why a folder exists or what it’s used for
How to manage notes
You can add notes to both profiles and folders to keep track of useful context, reminders, or task details.
Profile notes
When you create or edit a profile via profile settings, enter your note in the “Note” field.

To quickly add or edit a note from the profile list, follow these steps:
- Click the pencil icon in the “Notes” column
- Enter or update the note in the “Note” field
- Click “Save”

Folder notes
When you create a folder, you can add a note right away into the “Note” section.

To edit a folder, follow these steps:
- In the left sidebar, click the pencil icon next to a folder
- Enter your note in the designated field
- Click “Update”

Pro tips
- Use emojis or keywords to help notes stand out (e.g., “🔍 Check proxy” or “💤 Paused account”)
- Keep it action-focused so you or your team know what to do next
- Update notes regularly to avoid confusion

Who can see the notes?
Anyone with access to that profile or folder can view the note – great for teams.
Can I search for notes?
Not yet – notes aren’t searchable, so keep them short and clear for quick scanning.
