What keyboard shortcuts are for

The keyboard shortcuts menu gives you a full list of key combos you can use to speed things up in Multilogin. No more endless clicking – just tap, move, and manage in a flash.

Why keyboard shortcuts are useful

• Boost productivity: get more done with fewer clicks
• Learn as you go: quick access to shortcuts makes it easy to remember and reuse
• Stay in flow: no need to break your rhythm hunting for buttons

How to use keyboard shortcuts

You can open the shortcut guide in two ways:

• Click “Docs” in the left sidebar → then select “Keyboard shortcuts”
• Press Cmd + / (on Mac) or Ctrl + / (on Windows)

What you’ll see:

A pop-up window with multiple tabs, each grouping shortcuts by task:

• Profiles: Create quick profile, Create regular profile, etc.
• Navigation: Open profile list, Open account settings, etc.
• Management: Edit selected profile, Clone selected profile, etc.
• Organization: Create new folder, Move selected profiles to folder, etc.
• Advanced: AI quick actions, Bulk select profiles, etc.

Each item shows:

• The action name
• The keyboard shortcut
• A quick description of what it does

Pro tips

• Keep the modal open on a second screen when you’re learning them
• Start with just 2–3 useful shortcuts (like “Create quick profile”) and build from there

Can I customize the shortcuts?

Not yet – they’re fixed for now. But we keep it standard and easy to remember.

Do the shortcuts work in all sections?

Most do, but some are only active in certain views (like the profile list).

Is there a printable version?

Nope, but you can screenshot the modal or keep it open while working.
