How to search, sort, and filter profiles
You can find profiles faster in Multilogin by using search, sorting, and filters.
➡️ Open “Profiles”, choose “Mobile” or “Browser”, then use the search bar, column sorting icons, or the filter button to narrow down your list.
- Use search when you know the profile name
- Use sorting when you want to change the order of profiles
- Use filters when you want to show only profiles that match specific conditions.

How to search profiles
Search helps you quickly find a profile by name.
- Open the “Profiles” section in the top navigation menu
- Switch to “Mobile” or “Browser” using the selector in the left menu
- Type a profile name in the search bar

How to sort profiles
Use sorting to quickly change the order of your cloud phones.
You can sort by:
- Profile name: A–Z or Z–A
- Created, last start, and last edit dates: oldest first or newest first
To sort profiles:
- Open the “Profiles” section in the top navigation menu
- Switch to “Mobile” or “Browser” using the selector in the left menu
- Click the sorting icon next to the column you need

How to filter profiles
Filters help you show only the profiles that match the details you choose.
- Open the “Profiles” section in the top navigation menu
- Switch to “Mobile” or “Browser” using the selector in the left menu
- Click the filter button next to search
- Choose a filter type
- Add the value you want to filter by
- Click “OK” to apply it or “Clear” to remove all filters and reset the list

FAQ
Can I use more than one filter at once?
Yes. You can combine multiple conditions in the filter panel.
Does sorting change my profiles?
No. Sorting only changes how profiles are shown in the table. It doesn’t edit or move your profiles.
Why is my search not returning results?
Search now supports partial matches, so you don’t need to type the full profile name.
Check that the part you entered is spelled correctly and doesn’t include extra spaces. Also make sure you’re searching in the right profile type: “Mobile” or “Browser”.
