Folders help you organize browser profiles and cloud phones by client, project, status, or workflow. Browser profiles and cloud phones use separate folder systems, so each profile can only be moved into a folder for its own type.

➡️ Open your profile list → use the folder section in the left sidebar → create a folder or move profiles into an existing one.

On paid plans, you can create up to 1,000 folders. The folder limit is the same across paid plans and isn’t tied to your profile allowance.

How folders work

Browser profiles and cloud phones use separate folder systems:

• Browser profiles can only be placed in browser folders
• Cloud phones can only be placed in cloud phone folders
• Folders aren’t shared or synced between the two profile types

How to create a folder

1. Open your profile list
2. Click the “Create folder” icon at the top of the left side menu
3. Enter a folder name
4. Enter a note (optional)
5. Click “Create”

How to move profiles to a folder

1. Open your profile list
2. Choose the menu you prefer:
   1. Right-click a profile in the list, or
   2. Select profile(s) using checkboxes and use the top menu
3. Click “Move to folder”
4. Find the folder you need in the pop-up window
5. Click “Move” to confirm your choice

How to edit a folder

1. Open your profile list
2. Hover over a folder name and click the pencil icon
3. Make the changes you need
4. Click “Update” to save them

How to delete a folder

1. Open your profile list
2. Hover over a folder name and click the trash bin icon
3. Choose whether to move the profiles in the folder to trash bin or delete them permanently
4. Click “Delete” to confirm your choice

How to sort folders

1. Click and hold the folder you want to move
2. Drag it to a new location in the sidebar

FAQs

Is the folder limit tied to my Multilogin plan?

No. On paid plans, the folder limit is 1,000, regardless of your profile allowance. A plan with fewer profiles doesn’t mean you’re limited to the same number of folders.

Can I put browser profiles and cloud phones in the same folder?

No. Browser profiles and cloud phones have separate folder systems.

Can I move profiles between folders?

Yes. Use “Move to folder” from the profile menu or drag and drop profiles into another folder.

What’s the default folder?

The default folder is where profiles without another folder assignment appear.

Are folder notes visible to my team?

Team members who have access to the folder can see its note.
