How to fix "Cannot invite existing user" error
Seeing this error when trying to invite a team member?

This error pops up because the email address you’re trying to invite is already registered in Multilogin. Here's how to fix the issue ⬇️
Option 1: use a different email address
Ask the team member to provide an alternate email address they can access. This email can be a personal one, a work email, or any unused email that’s not currently linked to Multilogin.
Proceed with the invitation using this alternate email.
Option 2: use an email alias
If the original email is john@gmail.com, you can modify it by adding a "+" and extra text before the "@" symbol, like john+team@gmail.com or john+1@gmail.com. Most email providers (like Gmail) treat aliases as the same email, so the invitation will still arrive in john@gmail.com.
The team member can then accept the invite without needing to create or manage a new account.
This trick works with Gmail and some other email providers. If unsure, test the alias first by sending a quick test email.
