How subscription cancellation works

Planning to cancel? Here’s what happens:

• Your subscription stops at the end of your current billing cycle
• You won’t be charged for renewal
• Per our Terms of Service, your data stays stored for 3 months after your subscription ends

How to cancel a subscription

1. Click “Billing” in the top menu
2. Click “Cancel plan” 
3. Click “Yes, continue to cancel” to confirm
