How to export and import (bulk create) cloud phones
Who can use this feature?

What this feature is for
Export and bulk creation help you save and recreate your cloud phones when you need them.
Use this when you want to:
- Save your setup before pausing your subscription and restore it later
- Create many cloud phones at once using a template — no need to set up each one manually
This is what's included in the export and import/bulk create:
- Profile settings
- Profile notes
- Profile tags
- Folder assignment
What are the limitations
- Only account owners and managers can export cloud phones
- Profiles are exported as an
.xlsxfile - For bulk creation, you can upload one
.xlsxfile at a time, with a maximum size of 1 GB - You can export or bulk create up to 100 cloud phones at once, if your plan has enough profile slots
How to export cloud phones
- Go to the "Mobile" section in the main dashboard
- Right-click a profile in the list, or select one or more profiles using the checkboxes
- Click "Export profile", then click "Export" to confirm
An .xlsx file will be downloaded to your computer. Your profiles will stay in your workspace – export just creates a copy. You can upload this file later to restore your cloud phones.

How to import cloud phones (bulk create)
Step 1: open the bulk creation page
- Go to the "Mobile" section in the main dashboard
- Click the arrow next to the "Create" button and select “Bulk creation”

Step 2: prepare and upload the file

To restore exported profiles: add the exported earlier
.xlsxfile directly to the upload area - To create new profiles in bulk: click "Download template", fill in all the details, and save the file; then add the file to the upload area
Once you download the template, check the “Description” tab to see how to fill it out.


Step 3: review profiles table data and confirm
After you upload the file, Multilogin checks the data and shows the results in a table. Each row represents one profile and shows the status:
- "Success" if the profile is ready to create
- "Error" if something is wrong
If there’s an error, you’ll see the reason (for example, proxy connection failed). If some profiles fail:
- Check the error messages
- Fix the issues in the file
- Upload the updated file again
When everything looks good, click “Confirm” – the profiles will appear in your dashboard.

FAQs
Can I export more than 100 cloud phones?
No. 100 is the maximum per export or bulk upload.
Can I choose what data to export?
No. Export parameters are always default.
Can I restore profiles after my subscription expires?
Yes. Export them first, then use bulk upload after renewing.
What’s the difference between bulk creation and cloning?
Bulk creation lets you set custom details for each profile. Cloning creates identical copies.
