In Multilogin, cloud phone export saves profile settings, notes, tags, and folder assignments to an .xlsx file. Bulk creation lets you use that file to restore cloud phones later or use a template to create many at once.

➡️ To export: “Profiles” → “Mobile” → select the cloud phone(s) → “Export profile” → “Export”.
➡️ To bulk create: “Profiles” → “Mobile” → click the arrow next to “Create” → “Bulk creation”.

Use this before pausing a subscription or when you need to create or restore many cloud phones without setting them up one by one. You can export or bulk create up to 100 cloud phones at a time, as long as there are enough profile slots.

What are the limitations

• Only account owners and managers can export cloud phones
• Profiles are exported as an .xlsx file
• For bulk creation, you can upload one .xlsx file at a time, with a maximum size of 1 GB
• You can export or bulk create up to 100 cloud phones at once, if your plan has enough profile slots

How to export cloud phones

1. Go to the “Profiles” tab in the top menu
2. Select “Mobile” from the left-side selector
3. Right-click a profile in the list, or select one or more profiles using the checkboxes
4. Click "Export profile", then click "Export" to confirm

A .xlsx file will be downloaded to your computer. Your profiles will stay in your workspace – export just creates a copy. You can upload this file later to restore your cloud phones.

How to import cloud phones (bulk create)

Step 1: open the bulk creation page

1. Go to the “Profiles” tab in the top menu
2. Select “Mobile” from the left-side selector
3. Click the arrow next to the "Create" button 
4. Select “Bulk creation” from the drop-down menu

Step 2: prepare and upload the file

• To restore exported profiles: add the exported earlier .xlsx file directly to the upload area
• To create new profiles in bulk: click "Download template", fill in all the details, and save the file; then add the file to the upload area

Once you download and open the template, check the “Description” tab for instructions on how to fill it out.

Importing a file exported from another Multilogin account?

Open the .xlsx file and clear the values in the folder_id column before uploading it. Folder IDs belong to the account they were exported from, so they won’t match folders in another account.

 

Step 3: review the results and confirm

After you upload the file, Multilogin checks each cloud phone and shows the result in a table:

• “Success” means the cloud phone is ready to create
• “Error” means something needs to be fixed

For errors, check the message shown in the table, update the .xlsx file, and upload it again.

Once all rows show “Success”, click “Confirm”. The cloud phones will appear in your dashboard.

Can I export more than 100 cloud phones?

No. 100 is the maximum per export or bulk upload.

Can I choose what data to export?

No. Export parameters are always default.

Can I restore profiles after my subscription expires?

Yes. Export them first, then use bulk upload after renewing.

What’s the difference between bulk creation and cloning?

Bulk creation lets you set custom details for each profile. Cloning creates identical copies.
