How to accept an invitation to a workspace
- Click “Join” in your email invitation and log in or create an account

- Switch to the workspace of the person who invited you
- Once the workspace owner assigns you the role, you'll see their profiles and folders

How to check your role in a workspace
Take a look at the status bar in the “Team” menu – this is where you'll see your role in a workspace.

Roles and permissions
Here’s a quick breakdown of what each role can do:
- Owner: the boss of the account – full control over everything, including subscription and team management
- Manager: the go-to person for managing profiles, folders, and team members, but can’t touch subscription settings
- Operator: has limited access, only managing assigned folders and profiles
- Starter: a straightforward role for running assigned profiles – no complex settings, just start and go
Heads up: only the owner can make someone a manager. If a manager tries to do it, they’ll get this error: "Failed to update team member access rights. Try again in a moment or contact support."
