Just got invited to a Multilogin workspace? Jump in with just a click! Hit "Join" in your email, log in, and switch to your new workspace. Once your role is assigned, you’ll see exactly what you can access.

How to accept an invitation to a workspace
- Click “Join” in your email invitation and log in
- Quickly switch to your new workspace in the window that will greet you once you log in:
- You can also use the selector at the top to switch to the new workspace
- Once the workspace owner assigns you the role, you'll see their profiles and groups
How navigate a workspace depending on your role
Visit Team member roles and access levels to see a detailed list of all the actions available to you!
Manager
As a manager, you have full control over the workspace. You can check your role and manage profiles, groups, and team members.
User
As a user, you can manage only the profiles assigned to you, with limited permissions. You can’t access the workspace or group tabs.
Launcher
As a launcher, you can’t manage the workspace or group tabs. Your role is simple: just launch the profiles assigned to you – no extra settings needed!
