How to invite team members
Only the account owner can invite team members.
You can’t invite someone if their email is already tied to a Multilogin account. If you try, you’ll see this error: “Cannot invite existing user”.
What to do: ask your teammate to share a different email address that isn’t linked to Multilogin.
- Open the “Team members” tab
- Click “Invite user” (if it's your first team member) or “Add team member” (if you already have team members)
- Enter the user’s email address
- Keep the generated password or enter your own
- Enable toggle to send the password with the email invitation (if disabled, manually copy and save the password before proceeding)
- Assign a group and permission for a team member if you have existing groups (optional)
- Click “Add” to send an email invitation
- After receiving the email invitation, the new member can install Multilogin and log in using their email and temporary password
All team members should install the same Multilogin 6 version for compatibility and smooth collaboration.
