To use the web interface app without the desktop app, you need to have the legacy agent installed and running on your computer.

Web interface only

1. Open the web interface in a browser and log in
2. Next, you have 2 options:
   1. Download and connect the legacy agent, or
   2. Disconnect the legacy agent and have the desktop app open

 

 

Desktop app only

1. Download and install the desktop app
2. Make sure the legacy agent is disconnected
3. Open the desktop app and log in 

 

 

Web and desktop together

1. Make sure the legacy agent is disconnected
2. Open and log in to both web interface and desktop apps
