If you're part of more than one team or project, you’ll likely be working across multiple workspaces in Multilogin. Think of workspaces like separate rooms – each with its own profiles, team members, and settings.

Good news: switching between them is super easy. Here’s how to do it!

Why workspaces matter

In Multilogin, each account = 1 workspace. If someone invites you to their team, you'll join their workspace, but you’ll still keep your own.

That means:

• You can move between personal and team accounts
• All your profiles, settings, and access stay separate and organized

Two easy ways to switch workspaces

From the Multilogin logo (top left)

1. Click the Multilogin logo at the top left of the sidebar
2. A dropdown will appear with all the workspaces you’re part of
3. Click the one you want to switch to

From account settings

1. Hover over the “Account” section in the bottom-left corner and click “Account settings”
2. Find the “Default workspace” selector
3. Pick the workspace you want to switch to
