How to use folders for profile management

Written by Yelena V ( Updated on February 11th, 2026 )

Who can use this feature?

  • 👨‍💻 Account owner, manager, and operator
  • 💰 Available on all plans

What folders are for

Folders help you group and manage your browser profiles and phones like a pro. Whether you’re handling multiple clients, projects, or test sets, folders keep things neat and easy to find.

Browser profiles and cloud phones use separate folder systems. That means:

  • Cloud phones can only be placed in phone folders
  • Browser profiles can only be placed in browser folders
  • Folders are not shared or synced between the two types

Why folders are useful

  • Stay organized: group profiles and phones by purpose, client, or status
  • Add notes: leave reminders or context right on the folder
  • Search smart: quickly find folders using the sidebar search

How to use folders

How to create a folder

  1. Open your profile list
  2. Click the “Create folder” icon at the top of the left side menu
  3. Enter a folder name
  4. Enter a note (optional)
  5. Click “Create”

How to merge cloud phone folders

Who can use this feature?

  • 👨‍💻 Account owner and manager
  • 💰 Available on all plans, except Trial

Merging lets you move all cloud phones from the source to the destination folder. The source folder gets deleted automatically – perfect for quick cleanup. If the source folder was shared, team members lose access to it.

  1. Go to the “Mobile” section in the main dashboard
  2. Hover over the source folder you no longer need and click “Merge folder”
  3. Click the destination folder where you want to move the cloud phones
  4. Click “Merge” to confirm

Pro tips

  • Use folders for categories like “Clients”, “Test Profiles”, or “Accounts in Review”
  • Pair folder notes with profile tags for max organization
  • Keep names short and clear for better visibility
