What folders are for
Profile folders help you group and manage your browser profiles like a pro. Whether you’re handling multiple clients, projects, or test sets, folders keep things neat and easy to find. All profiles without a folder live in the Default folder automatically.
Why folders are useful
- Stay organized: group profiles by purpose, client, or status
- Add notes: leave reminders or context right on the folder
- Search smart: quickly find folders using the sidebar search
How to use folders
How to create a folder
- Open your profile list
- Click the “Create folder” icon at the top of the left side menu
- Enter a folder name
- Enter a note (optional)
- Click “Create”

How to move profiles to a folder
- Choose the menu you prefer:
- Right-click a profile in the list, or
- Select profile(s) using checkboxes and use the top menu
- Click “Move to folder”

- Find the folder you need in the pop-up window
- Click “Move” to confirm your choice

How to edit a folder
- Hover over a folder name
- Click the pencil icon

- Make the changes you need
- Click “Update” to save them

How to delete a folder
- Hover over a folder name
- Click the trash bin icon

- Choose whether to move the profiles in the folder to trash bin or delete them permanently
- Click “Delete” to confirm your choice

How to sort folders
- Hover over the folder list
- Click and hold the vertical dots icon
- Drag the folder to the position you need
- Release the icon

- Use folders for categories like “Clients”, “Test Profiles”, or “Accounts in Review”
- Pair folder notes with profile tags for max organization
- Keep names short and clear for better visibility

What happens if I try to delete a folder?
You’ll be given two options – either move profiles to the trash bin or delete them permanently.

Yup – if they have access to the folder, they’ll see the note.
