How to fix "Something went wrong" error
Seeing the “Something went wrong” error when trying to launch your profile? Let’s fix it in a flash.

This error usually pops up when you're trying to open a local profile on a different computer than the one where you created it. Local profiles are tied to the device they were made on, which can cause hiccups when switching machines.
Check storage type
Check if your profile uses local or cloud storage:
- Local storage: profiles can only be accessed on the device they were created on – you can’t launch them elsewhere
- Cloud storage: profiles are accessible from any device, making switching seamless

So, if you create a local profile on device X and try to launch it on device Y, you will get this error. If possible, launch the profile on the same machine you used to create it. This is the fastest way to get things running again.
Convert to a cloud profile
Want to switch between devices freely? Cloud profiles are synced and stored securely, perfect for remote or multi-device workflows.
Convert your local profile to a cloud profile. This makes it accessible from any device.
Set new profiles to cloud
Avoid this error in the future by creating all new profiles as cloud profiles from the start.
