Having trouble launching your profiles? Sometimes, ISP restrictions can get in the way. But don't worry – downloading and extracting the latest profile components manually can usually fix the issue. Here’s how to do it.

Step 1: close the app

  1. Stop all profiles to save your data
  2. Quit the desktop app 🖥️ or disconnect the agent for the web interface 🌐

Step 2: download the right archive

Next, grab the latest profile components for your system. Here’s what you need to download for each profile type:

Mimic 146.1

  • Windows version
  • macOS version (Intel)
  • macOS version (M-series)
  • Linux version

Stealthfox 146.5

  • Windows version
  • macOS version (Intel)
  • macOS version (M-series)
  • Linux version

Cloud phones

  • Windows version
  • macOS version (Intel)
  • macOS version (M-series)
  • Linux version

Step 3: extract the files

Once your archive is downloaded, you’ll need to extract it into the deps folder inside the mlx folder.

Here’s where you’ll find the folder based on your system:

  • Windows: C:\Users\%username%\mlx\deps
  • macOS: /Users/%username%/mlx\deps
  • Linux: /home/%username%/mlx\deps

Step 4: continue working

After you’ve extracted everything, go ahead and reopen the desktop app 🖥️ or reconnect the agent for the web interface 🌐.

That’s it! Now, you should be able to start any profile without any problems.
