Starting May 21, Multilogin is switching to USD as its primary billing currency. Every plan, from Trial to Business 10000, now has a fixed USD price. If you have been paying in EUR, here is everything you need to know about what is changing, why we made the move, and how your plan is affected.
Why We Moved to USD
Multilogin serves users in over 150 countries. A large share of those users, including social media managers, affiliate marketers, e-commerce operators, and growth teams, already think in USD. Mobile browser and cloud phone subscriptions, proxies, ad spend, and most SaaS tools across their stack are priced in dollars.
Then, in July, Multilogin added a Free plan with no time limit. You can test Multilogin for free, with no credit card and no time pressure. Create up to 5 profiles, run a 1 cloud phone, and try the dashboard for as long as you like.

Keeping EUR as the billing currency created a persistent friction: users were making buying decisions in a currency they did not operate in, and their actual cost shifted every time exchange rates moved. A plan that felt affordable one month could look more expensive the next, with no change to the product at all.
What the New Prices Look Like
Every tier has been repriced in USD to reflect real-market rates, not just a currency conversion. The goal was pricing that makes sense on its own terms, whether you are on a monthly or annual cycle.

Annual plans offer meaningful savings at every paid tier. Pro 10 users on annual billing save $47 a year, while Business 10000 users save up to $3,915 a year compared to paying monthly. The Free plan has no monthly or annual option: it’s free with no time limit, so there’s no billing cycle to compare.
Multilogin Free Plan
Multilogin’s Free plan has no time limit and requires no credit card. It’s a real starting point, not a trial.
- Price: $0, no time limit
- Profiles: up to 5 total (browser), with a maximum of 1 mobile profile (cloud phone); the rest can be browser profiles
- Mobile minutes: 30, one-time allocation (no top-up on Free)
- Proxy traffic: 200 MB, one-time allocation (no top-up on Free)
- Storage: cloud storage only (local storage isn’t available on Free)
- Inactivity rule: if an account is inactive for 7 days, all profiles on it are deleted automatically
Upgrade to a paid plan when you need more profiles, minutes, or proxy traffic.
How Billing Works When You Scale
Two things are handled automatically when your usage changes.
- Upgrading mid-cycle: If you move to a higher plan before your billing period ends, you are charged only for the remaining days on your new plan. The prorated amount is calculated automatically, and there is no manual intervention needed.
- Downgrading: Scheduled downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access to your current plan until the cycle closes, and the lower plan activates from the next renewal date. No gaps, no overlaps, no manual recalculation.
What Stays the Same
The pricing structure is changing. The product is not.

Every plan continues to include the full Multilogin toolkit:
- Browser profiles with advanced fingerprinting. Each profile carries a unique device fingerprint, with Canvas, WebGL, WebRTC, fonts, and dozens of other browser parameters set to look like a real, distinct device. Cookie Robot warmup prepares profiles automatically before use to reduce detection risk.
- Cloud phones. Run mobile multi-account workflows without physical hardware. Cloud phones give you fully isolated mobile environments tied to your Multilogin account, useful for platforms that treat desktop and mobile sessions differently.
- Built-in proxies. Residential and mobile proxy traffic is included in every plan, with each profile assigned its own connection. No third-party proxy setup required to get started.
- Organic signals. Accounts behave like real users. Organic signals simulate the kind of natural activity that platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google use to assess account legitimacy.
- Team access. Business plans include shared workspaces, role-based access controls, and unlimited team members. You can run large multi-account operations with clear ownership over who has access to which profiles.
- Automation. Puppeteer, Playwright, and Selenium are all supported. If you are running automated posting, form fills, or data collection, your existing scripts continue to work without modification.
- Support. 24/7 support in five languages is available across all plans.
Ready to Get Started
If you are already a Multilogin user, your account carries over. The pricing update applies at your next renewal.
If you are evaluating Multilogin for the first time, the $2 trial gives you three days to run real profiles, test automation, and see how the platform handles your specific use case.
Frequently Asked Questions
I am currently on a EUR plan. What happens to my subscription?
Your subscription transitions to the USD equivalent on your next renewal date. You will see the new USD price reflected in your billing before the charge goes through.
Will my price go up?
It depends on the plan and the exchange rate at the time of your renewal. In most cases the USD price is close to or slightly below the EUR price when converted, and it is now fixed rather than fluctuating. You can compare your current EUR price against the USD table above to see exactly where you land.
Can I stay on EUR billing?
USD is now the primary billing currency for all plans. EUR billing is being phased out as part of this update.
Does anything change about how I use the platform?
No. Your profiles, workspaces, automation scripts, and team setup carry over unchanged. The new UI ships on the same date and is an update to how the interface looks and how quickly you can take action, not a change to how data or configurations are stored.
What are the limitations of Multilogin's Free plan?
The Free plan has no time limit and needs no credit card, but the resources inside it are capped. You get up to 5 profiles in total, and only 1 of those can be a mobile profile (cloud phone); the rest can be browser profiles.
Mobile minutes and proxy traffic come as one-time allocations rather than a monthly refill: 30 mobile minutes and 200 MB of proxy traffic, with no top-up available on this plan. Storage is cloud-only, since local storage isn’t an option on the Free plan.
There’s also a 7-day inactivity rule: if a Free plan account sits unused for a week, all its profiles are deleted automatically. Once you use up your minutes or proxy traffic, or need more than 5 profiles, upgrading to a paid plan gets you more of each, along with rollover on future usage.
