- Source extensions from legitimate and secure websites
Chrome Web Store
Some users get errors like "An error has occurred" or "Image decode failed" when trying to add extensions in Mimic. Here's what can help:
- Manual install: download an extension as a .CRX file and add it to Multilogin – use the guide Installing browser extensions
- Use a VPN or a proxy: access Chrome Web Store using a VPN or a proxy
Google Play
Some users get an error “Sorry, this page cannot be reached” when trying to access the Google Play Console website. This issue only affects the desktop website version launched using Mimic. Here's what you can try:
